Concierge Homes and Investments Limited is a leading real estate development and investment company headquartered in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria. We specialize in delivering affordable housing solutions and high-yield investment opportunities through our strategically located estate schemes. Our goal is to provide exceptional value for money, enabling our clients to build sustainable wealth through smart property ownership.

In addition to our strong presence in the Nigerian real estate market, we have expanded our operations internationally, with a growing footprint in the United States. Through this expansion, we offer our consultants and clients access to global real estate investment opportunities designed to generate consistent income and long-term value.

Our U.S. operations allow clients to purchase properties that we can professionally manage on their behalf. We help clients maximize their investments by renting out these properties, providing them with steady monthly rental income in U.S. dollars.

The company was incorporated in 2016. We have over the years developed very successful real estate products.

Samuel Igborgbor was born in Eku, Delta State, Nigeria to Prof. & Dr. (Mrs.) Igborgbor in 1984.
He had his primary and secondary school education in Delta State University Staff School. After this, he studied at the University of Lagos, where he graduated with a second class upper in Business Administration. After obtaining his B.Sc. degree, he worked briefly at Skye Bank plc. in 2009.

With a strong desire to be an Entrepreneur, Samuel left to start his own petroleum products supply business in September 2009. The quest for more knowledge also made him take a break from Business to study for a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Greenwich in 2011. He got actively involved in the Real Estate industry on his return to Nigeria in 2012 and went ahead to establish Concierge Homes and Investments in 2016. Concierge Homes was established in 2016 and has since then established 6 estates in Nigeria.

He is today the Chairman of Techswitch Solutions, a company which specializes in Kids Robotics & Artificial Intelligence. He is also involved in several charity and leadership roles in the society. Mr. Igborgbor was among the 2016 YALI Nigeria pioneering cohort. The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) is an initiative of the United States Department of States. It was begun by President Obama in 2010. It is the United States’ signature effort to invest in the next generation of African leaders through leadership training, networking and community service. As an active YALI Alumni, Samuel has been involved in several community service projects of the Alumni, such as Leadership training and mentoring in several secondary schools in Lagos.

Pepe graduated from Delta State University Abraka Oleh Campus, where she obtained her degree in law (LLB Hons) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. She has a Diploma Certificate in Health and Safety from Stone Bridge College UK and a postgraduate certificate in International Trade and Development from TRAPCA TANZANIA. She had a brief stint in Adron Homes as General Manager, Estate & Properties in 2012 and has since then supervised several Real Estate projects in Nigeria and Abroad..

An Ontario resident for over 10 years, Maria Okoro has been a real estate professional since 2012 known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. In her tenure in the business, she has first and foremost strive to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. When working with buyers and sellers, Maria is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. Maria values relationship over transactions, and much of her business comes from repeat clients or referrals.
